Justin and I have been practicing optometry since graduating from SUNY College of Optometry in 2014. In the years since then, we’ve gotten married, delegated household cooking and cleaning duties, and most importantly, fallen in love with serving the Princeton area as eye doctors.
Before starting Cornerstone Eye Care, we both worked in various different practice settings. Through these experiences, Justin and I became sure of one thing when it came to building our own practice- we wanted to create an environment that promoted simplicity, transparency, and excellent service.
We aim to make your eye care as seamless, pleasant, and straightforward as possible. This means we do not play pricing games with vision discount plan companies who leverage low reimbursement rates in exchange for us to see a high volume of patients. We do not believe charging extra for digital imaging of your eyes, forcing such a serious decision of eye health into your hands versus practicing according to our medical expertise. We believe in one global fee for our services and all retinal photos, eye scans, and visual fields are included. We approach contact lens fitting fees in a similar manner- we do not charge more if you need astigmatism/toric or multifocal contact lenses. Our optical is also purposely designed with transparent pricing for both frames and lenses, whether you need single vision or progressives. We do all these things to provide our patients with a quality, enjoyable eye care experience.
